Lyddington Village Hall

Lyddington Village Hall is an attractive ironstone building situated in the centre of the village and was previously the village school built in 1874. It is used for Keep Fit and Pilates as well as W.I. and Parish Council meetings. It is also very popular with young families for private birthday parties. It meets D.D.A. guidelines with a toilet for the disabled and has wheelchair access.

The hire cost is only £11 an hour if you live in Lyddington. An ideal and affordable venue for family and community events.

 Music in Lyddington

Every summer year, Music in Lyddington hosts an outstanding series of concerts in Lyddington Parish Church with its wonderful acoustics. These are held on Saturday evenings from Spring to Autumn starting at 7.30.

The aim of the Society is to educate in all aspects of the history of the ancient manor of Lyddington, Rutland, which includes Caldecott, the disappeared village of Snelston, Stoke Dry, Thorpe by Water, and the immediate surrounding area.
